Lake Tahoe's SnowGlobe Music Festival begins next week

Tahoe's three day music festival begins Sunday, December 29th. The event takes place at the Lake Tahoe Community College campus in South Lake Tahoe. No parking is available at the campus, so fans must ride shuttles to and from the event. Walking is discouraged due to the cold weather and narrow roadways.

In 2012, 19 year-old Alyssa Byrne died of hypothermia while attempting to walk home from SnowGlobe.

More heaters and more enclosed structures will be used this year to help keep attendees warm at the event and when waiting for shuttles.

The Music line-up includes dozens of artists each day on 3 stages from approximately 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

Tickets are still available but the "Early Bird" and "Advance" tickets are sold-out. Single Day tickets and 3-day tickets are available from the SnowGlobe website. Dress warmly!
