The 4th annual Pain McSchlonkey ski party is March 29 at Squaw Valley

The Pain McSchlonkey Classic is a tongue-and-cheek tribute and all day ski party in memory of the late Shane McConkey. McConkey was an extreme skier from Squaw Valley who lost his life in a BASE ski jump in 2009.

McConkey left a legacy of having fun, crazy skiing, and good humor. The Pain McSchlonkey Classic has the same core values and at the same time raises money for the Shane McConkey Foundation.

The foundation maintains Shane's legacy through "random acts of kindness and charitable giving, and to inspire others to make a difference in the world at large."

Schedule of events:

9:00am Chinese Downhill. Off the KT-22 chairlift wearing crazy/ridiculous outfits.
